点评:We’ve seen projected light shows on buildings before, most notably in San Antonio, TX at the cathedral, which was wonderful. This was different. In San Antonio, you could come and go easily, linger or leave as you please. At the Tokyo Govt Building light show, access is strictly controlled. The authorities have created a bottleneck by blocking off 95% of all entry points with only one way in to the viewing area, after waiting in a long line. People can’t just come and go as they please, they must be funneled in like cattle. Want to watch for a little bit and then leave? Too bad, join the line to get in. We tried to have a look from an a place outside of the enclosed area but the police quickly moved us and everyone else along. We decided that whatever was happening at this place no longer interested us, so we left. The screechy Japanese emcee at high volume on the loudspeaker was grating, anyway. It was a bad experience.
