点评：I arrived at 10:30 AM thinking I’d be on the slopes shortly. What followed was over two hours of pure misery just to get rental skis.
There was one single, visibly exhausted guy handling the entire ski rental line. One. Meanwhile, an insane, unmoving queue of people kept growing, all watching time evaporate. In two full hours, I counted maybe 6–8 people actually being served. That’s not a delay — that’s a systemic failure.
No organization. No backup staff. No apology. Just dozens of customers standing around wondering if this is some kind of endurance test rather than a ski resort.
If you value your time, your nerves, or your money, do not rent skis here. A ski resort that can’t handle basic rental logistics on a normal day has no business calling itself a resort. This was hands down one of the worst-managed experiences I’ve had anywhere.
