Perfect whale shark encounter experience

点评：We only had one day on Mafia Island in March, at the very end of the season. Since seeing whale sharks was the main reason for our trip, we contacted several providers in advance. Some of them told us they were no longer running tours at this time of year, as the chances of spotting whale sharks—especially within just one day—were quite low.
However, we really wanted to give it a try, and based on the detailed information, friendly communication, fair pricing, and professional attitude, we chose this company—and we are so glad we did!
The entire team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the tour itself was very well organized and clearly focused on the guests’ experience. Even though there was a huge storm during the night, instead of canceling the activity, they simply postponed it by a few hours until the weather improved.
Most importantly, they didn’t give up until we actually found whale sharks! Once we did, we had as much time in the water as we wanted and could jump back in as many times as we liked. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Everything was perfect, and we are extremely satisfied. If we ever return, we will definitely choose them again. Highly recommended!
