芒果热带咖啡厅的点评
点评：I’ll start with the positives. Went for my daughter’s 21st birthday, along with son and his gf. We’re all from UK and staying in fort Lauderdale but wanted to properly celebrate in Miami. Turned up about 11pm for a bit of food, cocktails and party vibe.
We sat outside initially for the food which was very nice tbf and couldn’t fault the servers especially I think his name was Jodie who was an absolute vibe and needs a raise. I would also like to point out the entire time we all sat there eating and drinking cocktails there was 2 police cars parked on the side of the road next to us.
Then after food, with half our drinks in hand we went to head inside for a dance etc. There was zero queue and were met with the most obnoxious, arrogant (insert your own expletive) who had been less than 10ft away the entire time, demanded ID. Sure fine, (she had already been checked earlier but ok). I mentioned it’s her birthday finally 21 today while she’s producing her UK driving licence. In which he sneered no I need a passport! I was like excuse me, we’ve been here over an hour? Then he changed his reasoning to if you look under 25 she would need a passport!! We were all ok on licence but only she needed a passport?? Apparently UK driving licences are only acceptable for that age group?? Sorry what?? Our entire trip no one has been asked for a passport anywhere and my son (25) and his gf (23) had been checked numerous times with no problems with their licenses! Although didn’t seem to be in this equation anyway!
I can’t say he ruined the entire night as went on to have a lot of fun at the Clevelander about a 100 yards away and like the rest of the USA they took all our ID’s no issue!!
Management have a word. Absolute poor, disgusting behaviour!! Won’t come back even with the passport!!

我不能说他毁了我们整个晚上，因为我们后来去了大约100码外的克利夫兰酒吧玩得很开心，而且和美国其他地方一样，他们也顺利地接受了我们的所有身份证件！
管理层应该好好跟他们谈谈。这种行为简直糟糕透顶，令人作呕！就算有护照我也不会再来了！
