点评：We came today for my son’s friends glow party at 1pm (dinnington). I brought his 5 year old sister to play in the normal soft play area. The party itself was lots of fun however there was a child who wasn’t from the party who would not stop hurting the children. My 5 year kept coming to me crying and there were around 5 other children who came over crying. Me and other parents witnessed this child hitting and kicking the children and told our children to stay away from him. This child was then seen taking ice creams out the freezer and walking off with them and then putting them back- of which a lady of staff in black caught him before we got to you and moved him on. She then spoke on the speaker to get his guardian over presuming to pay for the 6 ice creams he’d opened etc. I then went to this presumed manger to tell her about this child being the one who kept hitting others and she said she would keep an eye out. Now I know it’s not your responsibility to watch the children however this mother was definitely not watching this boy- it was shocking seeing how nasty he was to the children and I wish we’d told a member of staff sooner. I would like to say the minute the staff member in black caught him with the ice creams she addressed the situation straight away, however 2 staff members in blue definitely walked right by him and saw him but chose to turn a blind eye- they definitely saw him but I thought it was worth mentioning to maybe remind staff not to turn a blind eye and to stop chidlren going in the ice cream freezer if they’re not with a parent. Your soft play is the best one we have found by far. Just wish I could order food and drinks from an app on the table as I had too much anxiety to come to the counter. Thank you!
