Beautiful Snowy Scenery Stay
Lapland Winter Park Resort & Activities的点评
点评：We stayed at this mini resort for 4 nights with two young children. The room was warm and had a good view of snowy forest and northern lights on one night of our stay. There was room for double bed, double sofa bed and cot. The kitchenette could be better equipped for guests staying for more than one night (eg no washing up sponge or tea towel provided etc). Teaspoons and extra tea/coffee were immediately provided when requested.
Lady from Portsmouth on reception was very pleasant and helpful, as were most of the staff.
We would return if the food offering was increased and better. The breakfast buffet was ok, but some food looked old/dry as there was not enough turnover of guests so some food was put out each morning. The daytime and evening menu was not enough for guests staying more than one day as limited choices; burger, pizza or toastie. Could have some healthy options and cater for younger children to add variety.
Shuttle coach service was good but suited more for day guests travelling from the town rather than hotel guests going to the town. Taxis service was good but expensive.
We limited our time outside and activities due to cold as we had two very young children but were able to try sledging, see the reindeer, ice skating, cross country skiing, ice carting and snowmobiling. 2 or 3 nights is probably enough time and maybe better suited for age 3+ but manageable if not rushing, and can go inside and take breaks with young children.
The scenery was pretty fantastic, and seemed much nicer than the town/santa village area.

由于天气寒冷，我们带着两个年幼的孩子，所以限制了户外活动的时间，但还是体验了滑雪橇、看驯鹿、滑冰、越野滑雪、冰上卡丁车和雪地摩托。两三晚的时间应该足够了，可能更适合三岁以上的孩子，但如果时间充裕，可以随时带孩子进屋休息，也完全可以应付。
风景非常优美，感觉比小镇/圣诞老人村那边的景色要好得多。
