点评:Never been so scared in my life... at the prospect of spending £300 for absolutely nothing! Crushed car park, useless signage, half-hour walk to the entrance, touch screens not working and having got through airport-style security and the barriers the power promptly failed, shutting all rides down along with the PA and all else. Absent any information whatsoever was sent from pillar to post before being conned by a manager at 'Guest Services' into thinking a refund was (the email equivalent of) in the post... where it remains four days later. If you're in the same queue incidentally then let's crowdsource a class-action, and if you're not put off by this then pay by Visa card as the transaction can be cancelled by your bank before they screw you over in the same circs! Then again at least we emerged with all limbs intact, which is more than could be said for past visitors...
