Over crowding is ruining what is a fantastic attraction

点评：It’s such a shame because when I first started coming here about a year ago it was great. I even brought my class on a school trip after visiting with my own kids. Unfortunately there are several big things letting it down.
Firstly they are clearly over selling. Last time we came it wasn’t enjoyable due to crowds but this time it was even worse. We arrived at 10.45 to be told the car park was full and abruptly told to just pull up on the curb on the road leading up to the main entrance. Seemed pretty unsafe to me as cars were blocking most of the entrance road. Upon entering it was oppressively busy. Impossible to interact with any of the exhibits. My kids are aged 9 and 10 but it was so hard for them to battle with the army of toddlers running around that they just couldn’t enjoy anything. They would wait politely for a turn for a younger child to just push in front of them. It was really unpleasant and stressful. Which is such a shame because the exhibits and interactivity are wonderful but just couldn’t be accessed and enjoyed. Maybe specific sessions or entry days for older children who genuinely enjoy and are interested in science would be something to consider so they can actually learn and fully engage with the exhibits without toddlers who just want to press buttons.
The cafe area was chaos, one chap on the till with a queue going around the room. Staff bringing out food were clearly stressed and shouting out table numbers to no reply. I really felt for them. Seems there is much to be improved here.
I don’t think we will be coming again. Which makes me really sad. After several disappointing visits due to over crowding it just isn’t worth the hour of travel to get there worth the risk.

咖啡厅一片混乱，只有一个收银员，队伍却排到了房间的尽头。送餐的服务员显然压力很大，大声喊着桌号却无人回应。我真为他们感到难过。看来这里还有很多需要改进的地方。
我想我们不会再来了。这让我非常难过。几次因为人太多而失望而归之后，再花一个小时的车程去那里，实在得不偿失。
