Fake reviews, lies, and dangerous behavior. Avoid this company at all costs.
Boat tours Opatija的点评
点评：We booked a 2-hour boat trip with swimming from the boat in Medveja Bay. Instead, we were taken to a dirty public beach anyone can reach for free, given only 30 minutes there, and told nothing could be done.
When I complained, the drunk captain told me to contact the manager, Maryana. After a short reply at 18:03, she disappeared. At 18:29, right after my last message, she blocked me — and even blocked the phone I called her from.
They could have offered a discount, another trip, or at least an apology. Instead, they abandoned us on the beach and sailed away.
I was polite throughout (see attached screenshots), but they lied about the trip, never provided the service, and wanted €60 just to drop us at a filthy beach. The captain’s aggressive behavior made me feel unsafe.
After I posted my honest review, this company flooded Google with fake 5-star reviews from newly created accounts. In their reply, they falsely accused me of being rude and aggressive — which is completely untrue. I regret not filming the captain’s behavior, but I attach screenshots clearly showing how I politely tried to resolve the problem, while they lied and hid behind the excuse of having a baby on board.
