点评：We had looked at the different courses in the area, and opted for Kananaskis for its slightly more reasonable rates, and the opportunity to see this region which we had not explored. We played there on Sept. 24, a late afternoon round, we had booked months in advance. While the golf course itself is beautiful, sadly our check-in experience tainted the entire experience. The woman working the counter in the pro shop was extremely rude and condescending, very rushed, to the point we even told her she needed to calm down. They'd had a frost delay that morning so perhaps the rest of the day had gotten chaotic before we arrived, not sure, but the cart boys were equally rude. It was very disappointing as these interactions were so contrary to the ones we'd had with every single person we had met during our Canadian Rockies trip. We are avid, experienced golfers who play several rounds a week, and the customer service here would never be tolerated at our home courses. In hindsight, we wished we had forked out the extra money to play at Banff Springs or one of the other highly rated courses. I would not recommend this course to others who expect a cordial, welcoming environment in addition to a well-maintained course. I will say that their rental clubs were very high quality.
