点评:I have not gone to the gardens, but hope to next May. I just wanted to leave a positive review for their customer service.
I have now ordered 6 bulbs via mail from Schreiner's and all have bloomed and looked lovely, robust, and pest-free.
One did not come in the first year and now that it is opening it appears to be a different color from what I had ordered. I figured it was a long shot, as I was sure it was showing coloration from its hybrids and because my order was from two years' previous, but I left a voice message at their store asking if there was any way to get help with getting the right bulb. All I left was my name, number, approximately when I had ordered the bulb, and the correct coloration (blue- but mine was obviously purple).
Within a few hours there was a notification in my email informing me I had a free replacement bulb of the correct type shipping out to me. Amazing!
I really appreciate they clearly listen to their voice messages, did a little digging to figure out exactly what I was talking about, and responded incredibly rapidly.
Fingers crossed next year is a better weather spring and I can enjoy their gardens in person!
