Not to be missed, rain or shine!
Salt Creek Recreation Area的点评
点评：As locals, we're here all the time, and it's not to be missed, rain or shine! We try to camp at least once a year, with reservations if we're lucky, and we visit multiple times a month.
The tide pools are always filled with friendly crabs, along with anemones and the occasional starfish! (((Please don't remove any of our beloved critters; leave them for everyone to enjoy))) The kids love holding the various crabs, and we always make sure to return them to their hiding spots ;) We frequently see seals and otters, but whales are possible; be mindful of the information boards, which provide important information and potential warnings for the area!
The battlements are a short hike (or drive) away, and are an interesting part of history! The view of Crescent Bay is awesome, and there is a huge field perfect for picnics. There is also a playground and bathrooms near the entrance, as well as a few bathrooms throughout the campground.
