点评：we booked a stay and play through Tyler at Geneva National Sept 8-10. check in was chaotic and late and the check out was a nightmare. The billing was all messed up and my husband was very embarrassed that charges were not done correctly which caused much confusion for our friends at check out. The hotel staff said they couldn't help, that we had to speak toTyler who booked the stay and play. It is October 3rd and after several texts and calls leaving messages for Tyler (or anyone else) no one has returned a call. The girls spent time at the pool and I was embarrassed by the condition of the loungers, tables and pool towels. The loungers were stained as were the towels! Orange yukkie stains on the towels. When I mentioned my concerns I was basically told it's the end of the season so the staff is burned out and they really don't care! WOW The amenities really weren't that great. Also we returned from dinner and went to the hotel bar for a night cap or two. Sorry the bar closed at 8pm. Again a staffing issue apparently. We will not return.
