点评：Was looking forward to wine tasting at Tinhorn Creek as enjoyed a wine from there purchased at liquor store and was even considering a membership but was sorely disappointed in the customer service or lack of. Four of us arrived eager to have a tasting and stood at front reception for a good 10 minutes with an acknowledgement to first group but not ours. With another 5 minutes passing and no sign of reception returning moved on to wine counter where 4 employees were. I just wanted to ask anyone if we could even have a wine tasting but for another 10 minutes the four employees made no eye contact, no greeting, inquiry or comment. They were working but the establishment in looking around was not packed with several empty tables and sorry but never any excuse to be totally ignored. We decided to leave and upon turning to leave two ladies who were experiencing the same Non service and also approached wine counter and said did you not get served...my reply no and will never be back. With the numerous options of wineries in the area I have never had a bad experience and always been a pleasant experience so strongly suggest Any other einery other than Tinhorn Creek.
