Top notch excellent concierge team!
比斯特购物村的点评
点评：A lot of the reviews here focuses on the shopping experience, which I think can vary a lot depending on the actual boutique/store and personal encounter. Our shopping experience was quite enjoyable and staff were very helpful, professional and friendly at Dior (yes, be there early to avoid a long queue!), McQueen, Clarins and Vivienne Westwood just to name a few. These are also the places where we made purchases so it wasn't just a browsing comment.
What I can say is, if you are at the forefront of the fashion trend and always want the latest releases, you need not bother too much as they mostly stock the collection from the past season. Also, very popular and hot items/designs are not available and many pieces are out of size (especially when you are the average size, say 48, M...). I probably would have purchased a few more pieces more at Prada, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Givenchy and Etro if they had my size.
However, what I wanted to compliment most in this review is their Concierge team. As a customer service provider, they have really exceeded my expectation. They are pro-active, customer oriented professional and polite.
Their venue environment, luggage storage service, transportation booking arrangement are all top notch! This really made our 6 hour stay at Bicester village so memorable!
