We had an amazing holiday, stopping at the Anchor head Hotel in Weston-super-Mare.
We got picked up near Solihull West Midlands and taken to Tamworth to board the coach and driver we would have for out week stay.Nick was fantastic and kept all of well informed about every aspect of the trips included in our package, thank you Nick.
We were greeted by the manager when we reached the hotel.
The staff at the Anchor head Hotel are second to none, the lovely Katie Jan and Holly on reception, are amazing and very helpful.
Levi the assistant manager was outstanding in every aspect of our stay, he is a very kind and sincere young man and would be a great asset to any hotel.
The food and service
was outstanding, the waitresses and waiters also made sure any allergies the guests had were meet.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, thanks to the team that keep them that way.
The bar was well stocked thanks to David, the entertainment was great.
Overall our experience at the Anchor head Hotel was amazing, we can't wait to return in the near future.
