点评:I had an awful and upsetting experience here on 19th December when I came in to buy some last minute Christmas gifts.
I ended up picking up more than id gone in for and already had a very heavy bag with me. When I was in the queue to pay I thought I may drop something and politely asked the lady who was standing by the pay yourself tills if she could get me a basket. She simply pointed to where the baskets were (not far at all) although I told her I was struggling to keep hold of my shopping . Her attitude was that bad that the lady behind me said 'where's her Christmas spirit!' The staff member wasnt helping anyone at this time and it would have taken her a few seconds to have gone and got me a basket. She didnt smile or say sorry I cant or ask anyone else to help me. Fortunately the lady behind me in the queue kindly helped me to carry my things over to the till so that I could pick my bag up off the floor. This member of staff obviously had her cloth ears on if she ever did get any customer service training before she started. She was middle aged and definitely should have known better! This was about 5pm, I found it disgraceful!!!
