Vetta Nordic Spa的点评
点评：I booked my reservation on May 1st. Today I checked online to verify my times. I was surprised to see that there is construction at the site. The website said the Nordic Spa might be temporarily closed and there would be noise from hammering,etc. If that's the case, why would anyone go there, as the Spa is the big reason to go! Part of the experience are also the quiet and meditation rooms, which wouldn't be quiet at all. I would have expected a phone call or email updating me (earlier) regarding this serious problem. This construction is ongoing until FALL!
I called customer service. The person I talked to said there would't be construction on May 21st, the day of my visit, but wasn't able to commit saying everything would be open. He did suggest I could reschedule, but I've booked two days off work to visit on my Wife's birthday. So not a workable solution. No other compensation was offered, such as a discount for a later visit. I cancelled my reservation and received a refund.
I would however suggest not booking until construction is finished (FALL) if you are looking for a premium spa experience
