点评：Fuerteventura Golf Club is a just above ‘ok’ place to play ‘holiday golf’ but personally it lacks the finer touches to be a serious golf holiday course. The course itself is mostly well laid out. There is an abundance of differing hole challenges with enough water to get your ball wet. While mostly flat, so suiting all ages, it leaves the approach to the 17th green and walk to the 18th Tee to get the heart pounding. I played the course 3 times in a week in Feb 2026. The staff are VERY helpful and staying in the Sheraton Hotel allowed me a small discount. A round including club hire, a trolly and a few practice balls was about €130. Not overly expensive but enough! Ok the good bits, reasonable fairways and the greens were in the main readable although mostly gentle upside down bowls. Fairways were open and fair although a few blind tee shots also added to the jeopardy. Where this course has it all wrong (unfortunately) is very poor and uneven Tee Boxes, patches of barren grass on fairways and worst of all bunkers/traps that are unplayable due to compacted old sand. These issues are long founded in reviews and give the weather so easily fixed which makes it all the more annoying. So if anyone from the course reads this. Please get these issues sorted! Thanks. Ps if I’m here again I would definitely play the course again. It is (I’m reliably informed) the best course in the island.
