Very Uncomfortable Chairs and No Juice
British Airways Galleries North Lounge的点评
点评：We spent three hours in British Airways' north lounge and an hour at the south lounge at Heathrow while awaiting a flight to Athens. The breakfast and lunch offerings in both were exceptional, but functionality and comfort were lacking.
We've whiled away hundreds of hours in American Airlines' lounges in the states, where chairs provide better support. Many are also equipped with arm tables which accommodate laptops. At British Airways there are no such accommodations. The chairs aren't straight back but, instead, they lean back too far so you become very uncomfortable slouching for long periods.
Another major lack at Heathrow is eletrical outlets. In the states, almost every lounge seat has its own charging station for phones and/or electronics. At Heathrow lounges, among the hundreds of available seats, maybe a dozen or two had accessibility to electricity.
I didn't care for the unisex restrooms either. Nowhere else in the world have I seen men and women sharing the same restrooms at an airport lounge. Makes me wonder if the showers are unisex too.
