点评:Sadly our experience wasnt the best. Tried to visit on a cold, wet morning in February. Unsure of where to park we had seen signs for disabled parking and an area that said not for public parking, we were unsure if this meant if you were not intending on visiting the museum, Found car park that was part marked as disabled but also had an unmarked spaces. We asked if we were ok to park there as it was so quiet and was told that we were but just to let the person on the ticket desk where we had parked.
We mentioned what we had been told about the parking and the abrupt woman on the ticket desk told us we were wrong stating "not unless one of the four of you has a disabled pass" ! when we asked where we could park she stated some car park we could use or the disc system non of which was helpful as we are not from the area and had no clue how the "disc" system worked. So unhelpful. As an independent Museum I am surprised they can afford to turn fee paying guests away especially when charging 9 pound a go. Wont return
