点评：I went on the Highmark Stadium tour expecting a genuine behind-the-scenes experience, and unfortunately I left pretty disappointed—especially considering what we paid.
The tour consisted primarily of walking around the stadium, stopping at different viewpoints, and seeing the club areas and luxury suites. Those were interesting, but they weren't what I was most excited about.
The big disappointment was the Bills locker room. The locker room is advertised as part of the tour, and that was one of the main reasons we purchased the tickets. Unfortunately, we were told that we had to leave because the players were going to practice, so we never got to see it.
I completely understand that the players' practice and security come first. What I don't understand is why customers who paid for a tour that includes the locker room aren't offered some kind of accommodation when a major part of the experience is unavailable.
For the price we paid, I expected considerably more of a behind-the-scenes experience. Instead, much of the tour felt like walking around and looking at the stadium from different vantage points.
I'm a Bills fan and was genuinely looking forward to this. I don't regret seeing the new stadium, but I don't feel that the tour delivered the value I expected for the price.
Hopefully the organization will reconsider how they handle situations when an advertised part of the tour isn't available.

我是布法罗比尔队的粉丝，真的非常期待这次参观。虽然不后悔能看到新体育场，但就价格而言，我觉得这次游览并未带来我预期的价值。
希望俱乐部能重新考虑一下：当宣传中承诺的游览环节无法实现时，该如何处理这类情况。
