What seemed like a normal rental quickly turned into a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
We were charged a €400 “unauthorized driver” fee that was never clearly explained at pick-up. There was no damage, no issue with the car, yet the penalty was extremely high and completely disproportionate.
To make things worse, the staff told us we could return the car 30–60 minutes late, but we were still charged a late return fee. This kind of inconsistent and misleading information is unacceptable.
It feels like important details are not communicated clearly, and customers are left to deal with unexpected and unfair charges afterward.
If you decide to rent here, be prepared for hidden or poorly explained fees. Personally, I regret choosing this company and would strongly advise others to stay away.
