Scammers, hypocrites, won’t honor their own Store policies, buyer beware

点评：I purchased a product from your website and when I received it, it was covered in perfume, scented toxic powder, I spoke to Heidi at your company, who said the shipper puts perfume, scented powder chemicals on the products she ships. That was not in the ad description of the product, I would not purchase any product coded in powdered chemicals, when I opened the package, it induced a asthma attack because of puff of that powder got into my throat, I’m asthmatic, I have breathing treatments I have to take and I inhaled the powder. That was not put in the ad when I purchased the product had it then I would not have bought it. I have been begging her to refund me. She finally agreed to refund me for the original item, and also said she would refund me the charge to ship the product back to her yesterday as I did, and give her pictures of the receipt which I did. She put in writing she guaranteed a refund to me for sending the product back. Now today on April 14, she claims she’s not going to issue a refund only Store credit. I don’t want Store credit, I want a refund that she promised me in writing multiple times yesterday on 4/14. Who can I talk to you to make this right, you can’t tell somebody you’re gonna give them a refund and then when they shipped the product back, you tell them you’re only going to give them Store credit instead, this is unethical, dirty business practices, and shameful.
