点评：Such a great, family-friendly place and we love all the cool events they host. Food is good but geez, do they have a kitchen problem. Idk if they’re understaffed or what but tonight I waited an hour for a side of fries and 90 min for boneless wings. It has been like this every time we’ve been (monthly for most of the year). Tonight, friends that arrived after us got their food before us. When one of the staff stopped by our table to take a dirty plate I asked if he could check on my order & got blown off with “oh we have like 20 tickets.” When I finally went to check on the wings, there was no apology, no offer to comp them, nothing. I will say they brought them out very quickly after that, which I appreciated. My daughter’s pretzel (ordered when I went to check on my wings) took a good 25 minutes. A pretzel just gets warmed; it’s not like they’re making the thing. The food delivery system with numbers is also super inefficient. Everyone there is so friendly & clearly enjoy their jobs, so this is not an all-out criticism, but more like hopeful that they’ll figure out where their issues are & try to get a better system in place because we do love hanging out there.
