点评：Had a day out here, overall the place is pretty good, my only complaint is about the Highland cow cafe. When I went to the counter to order an extremely rude and abrupt woman asked me had I booked a table, to which I replied I was already sat at a table, I ordered four coffee’s, I went to pay with cash and she snapped at me saying “ we don’t take cash “ there was no visible signs saying card only. After sitting waiting for thirty minutes I asked where our coffee’s were, ten more minutes later she brought them to our table in plastic cups, every other customer had china cups, she huffed at me and said “ that’s all we have “ I will add the place wasn’t that busy so they should have more than enough cups, I asked for some sugar, she went to another table took the sugar bowl from other people and threw it on our table, I asked for a tea spoon, she stormed to the counter brought one back and threw it on the table. This is absolutely appalling customer service, the coffee’s were not cheap, someone else’s dirty plates were left on our table the entire time we sat there, I asked to speak with the duty manager but was told they were too busy! I would advise no one to visit this cafe if going to Quex park, overpriced and disgusting rude staff.
