Upon further investigation, I have come across multiple reports of similar fraudulent behavior on your part — taking advance payments from various individuals under different business names (e.g., yacht booking, website designing) and then disappearing without delivering the promised services.
Let this email serve as your final warning.
You are hereby requested to either:
Deliver the completed website as per the agreed terms within 3 days, or
Refund the full advance amount of ₹8,000 immediately.
If I do not receive a response from you within 3 working days, I will be forced to take the following actions:
File a police complaint under cyber fraud and cheating (IPC Sections 417, 420).
Submit a report to the Cyber Crime Cell.
Share a detailed public complaint and warning on consumer forums, social media, and freelance/scam alert groups to alert others about your practices.
