Absolutely disgraceful experience – borderline SCAM. NEVER trust Al Habib Travel Agency

点评：My husband and I booked an Umrah trip with Al Habib Travel Agency as a surprise for my elderly in-laws. What should have been a beautiful, spiritual journey turned into one of the most stressful and humiliating experiences of our lives.
At the beginning, everything felt fake-nice. They constantly checked in, asking how we were, acting “caring” and responsive while we were on the trip. Clearly just an act.
The real nightmare started at the LAST hotel in Madinah, during checkout. The hotel reception suddenly told us we had to PAY because the agency had not settled the bill. At that exact moment, Al Habib Travel Agency went completely silent. No replies. No answers. After replying every few minutes during the trip, they suddenly disappeared when it actually mattered.
We were standing there shocked, embarrassed, and panicking — with my elderly in-laws watching, hotel staff staring at us, and our driver to the airport waiting for over an hour. If my husband had not borrowed money from his brother, we would not have been able to leave the hotel. We could have missed our flight, been stuck in a foreign country, or faced serious trouble. This is NOT an exaggeration.
This was humiliating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. My in-laws are old — putting them through this kind of fear and embarrassment is unforgivable. Instead of ending our Umrah journey peacefully, we were left with anxiety, shame, and anger.
Al Habib Travel Agency showed us exactly who they are: responsive only when it suits them, irresponsible when problems arise, and absolutely unreliable. They ruined what was meant to be a sacred and meaningful trip and taught us a lesson we will never forget — never trust this agency again.
If you value your money, your dignity, and especially the safety of your family, stay far away from Al Habib Travel Agency.
