点评:We have used this service three times before without incident. On March 28,2026, we were at our assigned pickup location five minutes before out scheduled 9am pickup. The service never showed. My wife and I (both seniors) were stranded by this company until 11:05am (2 hrs), no place to sit and thirsty. The gentleman who represents the company at the Port that morning made many attempts to contact someone to pick us up. My attempts to reach the company went to voice mail.
Finally, the representative was able to flag down another vehicle that had picked up another two couples, from a different cruise, who experienced the same situation as us and was able to take all six of us back to PARK AT PORT CANAVERAL.
I am a patient person that understands these things happen. I have not reached out to the company since it would probably go to voice mail anyway and I will never use them again.
Lesson learned here, You may save a few $'s but it's not worth the time and aggravation.
