点评：This is my 5th time renting a car from here, and honestly, the customer service is always excellent. 🚗❤️
What makes him different is the way he understands and treats his customers. He is a very good negotiator and always tries to find the best option for the customer based on their budget, trip distance, and road conditions — whether it’s normal roads or mountain roads.
He has everything from budget-friendly small cars to premium vehicles, so you can choose according to your needs.
But what I appreciate most is his humanity. 🤍
Even if you accidentally scratch the car, have an accident, or cause some damage, he doesn’t immediately approach the situation with a “rules are rules, pay this amount” mindset. He discusses the situation calmly and handles it with understanding and kindness.
Of course, agreements and responsibilities matter — but the way he handles difficult situations is what makes him different from many others.
He is not just focused on making money; he genuinely cares about his customers and builds a relationship based on trust, understanding, and humanity.
