Cozy boutique winery in the heart of Vale dos Vinhedos

点评：I don't remember where I first heard about Rarita, but it was one place I planned to go when my wife and I visited Vale dos Vinhedos, and it did not disappoint!
The owners had been growing grapes for a long time but only just started to make their own wine in 2020, but it's of exceptional quality. My wife focused on their sparkling wines but I tried the entire range (white, red, sparkling), and every wine was well-crafted and displayed the distinct characteristics of each type. My favorites were their sparkling rose and their merlot - what an amazing region for merlot. Because we were the only visitors for the day, Thiago gave us a quick tour of their winemaking facilities, which are extremely compact! The space is incredibly clean and organized, which shows in the attention they give to their wines.
These are the types of wineries I enjoy seeking out whenever I go to wine regions to explore - wonderful wines made by wonderful people!
