点评：I wouldnt recommend going anywhere near the Novaprivatehire venue to anyone !! Theres no phone number or email address to contact them on. Their only channel of communication is via Instagram which would be fine if you actually got a reply within 24 hrs. And dont be surprised to wait days, possibly longer for any sort of response.
Oh and if your lucky enough to meet the £2000 bar bill stipulation, which we did, then dont count on getting your refundable deposit of £250 back as advertised without a fight!!! I'm exhausted from having to play a cat and mouse game for over a month to get MY MONEY back. Clearly they must need the money more if theyve had to keep hold of a £250 refundable deposit for over a month !!
Its very telling though, how by some miracle they managed to transfer my money back within hours once I'd indentified who actually owns Novaprivatehire and I privately messaged them.
Yes, it might be a nice venue but theres plenty more venues that are equally as nice and will communicate like normal people and not give you any hassle.
