Stunning Venue, but Solo Travelers Beware of Poor Service and Inconsistency

点评：There are definitely pros and cons to this beach club. While the venue itself is amazing, the service leaves a lot to be desired. As a solo traveler, I opted for a garden bean bag. Unfortunately, there was zero staff presence in this area. I had to figure out where to get my own towels and drinks, and I constantly had to walk back and forth to the restaurant just to order a drink.
The biggest issue, however, was the inconsistent enforcement of rules. I was told I couldn't order food without a shirt on, which I respected yet I immediately saw several Western guests being served without shirts. As an Asian traveler, this felt like a double standard.
The only saving grace was a staff member named Angga (or Anggar). He noticed me struggling to get attention, took my order, and offered a sincere apology for my experience. He is a credit to the club and works with genuine heart. Unless you are lucky enough to be served by him, I wouldn’t recommend this spot for solo travelers.
