Good spa but ruined by attitude of reception/owner

点评：Enjoyable spa if unusual however hard work of therapists ruined by the aggressive receptionist or owner (some reviews suggest owner female, brown hair, glasses).
As we walked into reception after our treatments she shouted that we come to reception now (like we’d done something wrong), and demanded we complete a satisfaction survey which we did & we handed this back. We then sat in reception waiting for pick up from tour guide.
Shortly after she came over to us asking our hotel name, and insisted we come to reception to complete a review. I explained we had just completed one, she then barked at us that she wants an online review and we have to go with her to complete it now. I explained we were with a group tour and we had to go soon (we didn’t spot most our group had already waited outside the spa at this point so they avoided the drama).
She then said we can’t leave until we completed the review!!! And that she would be the one that phones our driver when we have completed the review! I spotted a member of our group leaving so we followed them and left feeling really stressed after what should have been a relaxing experience.
Note to staff: people will leave a review if they like-just have a QR code. Threatening clients does not make a positive review! Awful experience. Staff look like they are not treated well either. I would avoid completely.

给员工的建议：顾客想写评论就写，只需提供二维码即可。威胁顾客可得不到好评！体验糟透了。员工看起来也没受到应有的待遇。我建议大家千万别去。
