点评：I booked a Ganga Sagar Makar Sankranti pilgrimage trip for my father-in-law, mother-in-law, their friend and his wife (all around 70 years old) through this company after finding them directly on the internet. Initially, I was slightly hesitant as they do not have a big online presence like major travel portals, but trusting them turned out to be one of my best decisions.
From Kolkata to Kolkata, they managed the entire journey flawlessly — pilgrimage arrangements, stay, food, ferry transfers, taxis, and all amenities — with 500% satisfaction. The most touching part was the personal care they provided to all four senior citizens. They treated them not like customers, but like their own parents or children would.
My in-laws returned extremely happy and full of praise for the team’s professionalism, politeness, punctuality, and supportive nature throughout the journey. Every detail was perfectly organized, and they felt completely safe and comfortable during such a sacred and crowded pilgrimage.
I highly recommend this company to anyone planning Ganga Sagar Yatra, especially for senior citizens. Truly trustworthy, caring, and excellent service.
