Cirque du Soleil 'Auana的点评
点评：Cirque du Soleil 'Auana was such a great experience. The concierge at our hotel had offered us tickets to this event at our check in, and I am so glad we were able to see the show.
I had been to other Cirque du Soleil show in Vegas, but the 'Auana show was so beautiful and represented the Polynesian culture and Hawaiian values. The show had us captivated and in awe more often than not. I caught myself saying "WOW that was soo cool" more than I expected to.
In comparison to the previous Cirque show I saw, this one was so much more captivating. The show was hosted at the Outrigger Beachcomber Waikiki, the staff was great with queuing the crowd. "Auana had a photo booth upon entry where a photographer would take your photo and they would print and offer you digital copies immediately after taking your photos. They are a little pricey but they are excellent quality photos. Once you get through the ticketing que, you are sent upstairs where they queued us until they were ready to open door for seating. There are 2 bars you can order snacks/drinks from during this time.
We ordered some Mahi Thai's and proceeded into the theater to find our seats. We were sat in 203 GG which was the last row in the theater but was still amazing view of the show. I honestly enjoyed being closer to the back of the theater because you can see the stage & the performers that are in the aisles or on trapeze type apparatuses in the audience.
During one portion of the show, dancers with suitcases were out in the audience, and I was lei'd with the flower lei from the show. Being involved made this show pop to me, I loved that aspect of multiple dancers in the audience providing leis to a handful of guests.
I really enjoyed this show, and I am so thankful we were able to go and see this performance. If you are thinking about going to see it, just do it. It is well worth it.
