点评：An extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
When we arrived, we were initially told that a reservation was required. We explained that we had already tried to make one, but the booking system required a Turkish phone number, which we did not have as tourists. We even showed them the issue on our phone.
Instead of trying to help us or offer any reasonable solution, the explanation suddenly changed. The problem was apparently no longer the reservation: the staff member then started referring to the fact that we were two men.
His English was extremely limited, which made an already uncomfortable situation even worse, but it was very clear that the reasoning had shifted from “you need a reservation” to an issue concerning us being two male guests.
We left feeling unwelcome, embarrassed and discriminated against. If the venue has specific entry policies, they should state them clearly and apply them consistently instead of changing the explanation once customers try to resolve the supposed problem.
For two tourists visiting Turkey, this was easily one of the most unpleasant and unwelcoming experiences of our trip. I would absolutely not recommend this place.
