点评：We spent a great week sailing the BVI with Captain Pablo and Chef Aritz. We were four couples. The catamaran is well equipped, spacious and clean - plenty of room for everyone. Captain Pablo is very experienced and really knows his boat. He is calm and laid back. The crew went out of their way to make our trip memorable.
We had a vague idea of what we wanted to see in the BVI. Pablo added some recommendations to that. We went snorkeling everyday, visited different beaches, explored caves, enjoyed boat and beach bars, massage on a floating spa, several good sails, and experienced beautiful sunsets. Each evening Pablo would discuss the plans and schedule for the next day to be sure what we wanted to do.
Chef Aritz is amazing. He succeed to surprise us every meal - each a new feast. Seafood, meat, vegetables, desert, everything was delicious. One highlight was Anegada lobster grilled on the boat. The presentation of each meal was very artistic. A 3 STAR Michelin dining experience.
We had an amazing time and were sad to leave. And more importantly we gained two new friends. Thanks.
