点评:She takes advantage of the fact that there are very fex taxi service in perlado to be rude at customers. I initially called her to request réservation for station, when she demanded the address I struggled a bit to give her the exact address in italian format and she just yelled saying I do not have time and cut the call. I later had to text her after figuring out what she meant to request a ride.
The next day she came early as the others said she probably double booked. I with my aged parents had to struggle opening the back and of the car and loading the suitcase while she yelled sitting in the driver's seat saying to load it ourselves. And while getting down the back door seemed to stuck in the bag while closing previously which was genuine mistake and I apologised. But she was rude and berated us in italian for making her climb out of her driving seat to come to help us. Completely unprofessional and amazed of the positive reviews. Its either that she treats customers who go for a short ride badly or just acts on her whim. In the end it compketely spoiled the holiday mood and the end memories we had to take from the place. Also a pathetic attempt to strike a conversation to patch up for her rude behavior.
