点评：Extremely disappointed in Perillo Tours — before our vacation even began, this trip was already ruined by their mishandling of our airfare.
We booked and paid for Premium Economy for our entire group. Instead, we were placed in economy seating near the rear of the plane, with no explanation. One member of our party has a serious medical condition and is well into their 70s — appropriate seating was not a luxury request, it was a necessity we paid for. Despite numerous follow-up calls demanding this be corrected, Perillo has done nothing to fix it.
This trip was supposed to be a special birthday celebration with close friends. Instead, it started with stress, broken promises, and a company that clearly does not stand behind what it sells. We have traveled extensively with Viking without a single issue like this. After this experience, we will not be booking with Perillo again.
Save yourself the trouble — go with a company that actually delivers what you pay for.
