点评:I booked a vacation for me and my husband in Cancun and initially I found their staff to be very helpful. My package was supposed to include everything from the time I arrived at the airport until the time I arrived home. Air Canada had a flight delay and as soon as the delay was announced I contacted Orbis and they assured me that they would let our shuttle service in Cancun know and there would be someone at the airport to meet us. Not only was they’re not a driver there for me, we had to pay for a taxi that cost us $195.14 to get to our hotel. It has been 2.5 months since our trip and I have made countless phone calls and inquiries into my refund and no one has responded. Because I found Orbis through Travelzoo, they became involved and it was only after multiple calls that they made on our behalf that they were able to get an answer for us. I didn’t get my refund and I didn’t get any refund for the shuttle service that I paid for and didn’t receive either. I really don’t know how that’s legal when I paid for a service and didn’t receive it. Even if they weren’t willing to reimburse us for the $195.14 we should have been reimbursed for the amount we paid for that service.
