Exceptional service and immersive dining experience

点评：Tali Wiru is an experience not to be missed when visiting Uluru. The premium experience begins when the personable butler hands you an envelope at your doorstep, to prepare for the evening. When the time comes to start the tour, he picks us up and drops us off at the base of a private dune, welcomed by a team of energetic hosts awaiting our arrival. They are meticulous with their service, and I'm impressed that they had a canapé replacement ready as I had certain dietary restrictions.
Sunset viewing from the private dune was simply unforgettable, accompanied by the head chef Kelvin introducing the bush foods being used in our dinner. We had our champagne being constantly topped up. Soon as dusk falls, we're ushered up to our seating tables, and that's when the real magic happens. Each dish was immaculately presented in front of us. Not only do they look gorgeous, but they had succinct, distinctive flavours that paired well with wine. To end off the evening, we had the opportunity to learn about the cosmos, Anangu people and their tools at a campfire.
My advice- run, don't walk to book this tour!
