Kiddie On Board - Baby Equipment Rental的点评
点评：We used Kiddie On Board during our trip to Croatia and honestly could not recommend them enough.
From the moment I messaged them they were absolutely amazing. They replied quickly, answered every question thoroughly, and gave us all the information we needed about the seats.
We originally planned to hire car seats through Enterprise, but they wouldn’t tell us the brands/models of the seats or confirm whether they would truly be extended rear-facing, which made us really uncomfortable. Being able to choose the exact seats we wanted through Kiddie On Board gave us so much peace of mind.
We hired the BeSafe Stretch and the BeSafe iZi Turn for our daughters and both seats were immaculate, honestly like new. They were clean, carefully packaged, and clearly very well looked after.
The service itself was incredible. We were met directly at the car rental area at Split Airport, the seats were professionally fitted for us, and they safety-checked everything once our daughters were seated in them. They were also so kind and patient throughout.
I’d also forgotten to add something to our booking last minute and they happily sorted it for us with no issue at all. They even gave our daughters some toys for free to help entertain them during the holiday, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The friendliness, professionalism, and genuine kindness from the owners made the whole experience completely stress-free. We honestly couldn’t be happier and will 100% use them again.
