点评：He had the best time, this is such a hidden gem, memorable experience for sure! We chose the full experience with going to the apiary, meeting the bees and tasting after. This is such a genuine experience, no pushing you to buy products, no turist trap. It's Sofia gently making sure you have the best time! We were nervous of beeing stung but Sofia made sure we were safe and made us feel comfortable, by the end we were handling frames with confidence. She explained how honey and wax are made, and how bees help the ecosystem. We got to also see the queen of the colony! It was so special. The visit to her shop for the tasting was the cherry on top! She made this incredible spread to pair with the different types of honey. She was warm, pacient, very profesional, a great hostess! She showed us all aspects of honey production and beekeeping. There is even a microscope so you can see the bees up close, we even saw their tongue, it's huge!
