Carnon Downs Garden Centre的点评
点评：We visited this Garden Centre for the first time today and popped into the restaurant first for a coffee. The cafe was busy and whilst we were in the middle of drinking our drinks a member of staff walked over to us and said that we're closing now so we said no problem and as we're about to leave we noticed that he hadn't told anyone else that it's closing as everyone else was still sat still drinking there drinks. We felt pressurised to leave.
The Garden Centre itself seems nice but even though it states online it closes at 4:30pm we got told whilst walking round bang on 4pm that it's now closed, we made our way to the tills and a lady who served us scanned out item (1 packet of biscuits) and without chance to even get my Loyalty Card out of my purse she said you can tap on the machine with your card whilst she was watching me trying to get my card out. It felt she thought we was going to run off with a packet of biscuits just the way she said about tapping your card. Not the best experience overall, i think the staff need extra customer skills in my honest opinion.
