Great way to see the authentic side of Colombia

点评：We are a married couple in our early 60s and well-travelled, have a very clear idea of
what we like. Haven’t used a service like this before but really enjoyed the
collaborative planning process and having the hassle of certain travel things taken
away from us. We saw parts of authentic Colombia - with no other tourists - that we
would never have found researching online ourselves and it was really helpful to
have a few zoom sessions in advance to discuss and help plan and fine-tune the trip
we wanted. Tom was very good at working out our profile and what he thought we
would like based on the information we gave him. We feel our months trip really
delivered with a great mix of adventure and just enough relaxation. Very happy!
A joy to be met at airports and not have to negotiate boat/taxi rides and book tickets.
Definitely takes the stress and headache out of it and leaves you the time to enjoy
and relax more. Really impressed with efficiency, organisation and speed of
responses while away. The daily updates and certain reminders were really helpful
and always felt we had support and back-up whenever we needed it. Very thorough
schedule with great detail. A few occasions when we couldn’t access the schedule
online, as no wifi-3/4g, so having the paper back-up was helpful.
