Beyond Paradise, maybe, but the parking and access is beyond belief

点评：This is a beautiful coastal village - photogenic and picturesque.
The fact that it has been chosen as a location to shoot "Beyond Paradise" speaks volumes...
But the parking experience is beyond belief.
Do yourself a favour and a) bring cash in coins, and b) understand that 3 hours is not enough if you have any form of disability. I have a heart problem, and we found it difficult to get down into the port and back in time to avoid fines (3 hours). Seriously, it was enough time to get down to the harbour, have a drink, visit the harbour wall and some gift shops and then rush back. I was seriously angry as it put my heart under unnecessary pressure. It was a really unpleasant experience for me.
This is a MASSIVE shame because there are many charming gift shops, bars, restaurants, and pubs - even a Hardware Store! And then there are galleries filled with exquisite local art. I seriously think whoever is lording it over the parking has completely lost the plot and forgotten that not all disabilities are visible.
The café we visited was magnificent and the Tarquin Gin they sell is to live for.
