点评:Went in half term and will certainly not go back. Your first experience is a unwelcoming carpark - lots of pay or else signs! Very expensive and cash only - it’s 2026! A welcome to Polperro sign would be good to see! Goodness knows what this is like in the summer! Then there’s the walk down. Everything was closed. Unfortunately as it was not the summer I couldn’t get the £3 each way land train to travel a few hundred yards! Decided not to use the delapadated public toilet as did not have the 50p coin required! If anything had been open we’d have been able to have multiple ice creams and shopped in some wonderful 1960s themed souvenir shops! Every house seems to a holiday rental. A few locals walked past us. I said ‘good morning’ no reciprocal answer back - nothing! Harbour was ok. Nice to look at for 20 mins. Too early for the pubs but looked ok. Found a tea shop that saved us with a welcome and nice cuppa. Wholly underwhelming - summer cash cow.
