Disappointing experience, especially given the heat. Unisex changing room!
Lukacs Thermal Bath and Swimming Pool的点评
点评：Unfortunately, my experience at Lukács Thermal Bath was quite disappointing. The structure is very old and the swimming pools are relatively small, with very limited space around them to sit or relax. Given that it was 38°C that day, the lack of places to sit and relax made the experience even less comfortable.
What really bothered me, however, was the attitude of some of the staff around the pools. People were being told off in a very rude and aggressive manner for not wearing a swimming cap in one of the pools. The problem is that swimming caps were not even available for purchase there, so if you weren’t aware of the rule beforehand, you simply couldn’t use the pool. This seemed particularly unreasonable considering the extreme heat that day.
There was also only one café available, with a single staff member trying to serve everyone. The queue was incredibly long and moved very slowly. I actually felt sorry for the poor woman behind the counter…she was visibly stressed and exhausted while trying to manage everything on her own.
And to make matters worse, the changing room was extremely small and unisex, serving all customers. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, particularly with so many people and men around.
Overall, I left feeling very disappointed. Perhaps the experience is different on a quieter day, but considering the price and the facilities available, I expected much better.
