点评：Worst experience ever.
We went there at night with a reservation, but they gave us the wrong table. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes without a single waiter coming to our table. I had to get up and ask someone to serve us, yet nobody came.
We eventually decided to leave because we had had enough, but the manager convinced us to stay, assuring us that we would be taken care of properly. Unfortunately, nothing changed. Every time we wanted to order, we had to go find the manager ourselves because no one was attending our table.
We had brought a graduation cake, and they completely damaged it. To make matters worse, they served it without a knife or plates. When we asked for them, we were simply told they didn't have any.
We immediately asked for the check because we just wanted to leave. Even then, nobody helped us pack the cake. I had to go to the bar, get a cake box myself, and pack it on my own.
Before leaving, I asked the hostess for a phone number so I could contact someone the next day to file a complaint. Instead, she took my phone number and assured me that someone would get in touch with me. No one ever did.
On top of all that, the music was terrible. Although that's more the DJ's responsibility than the venue's, it certainly didn't help the overall experience.
Overall, this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this place.
